The timely launch of the Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberries & Cream is a toast to the festive season says FARIDA MASTER as she sips on to a fine dessert wine.
The setting was perfect as Brown Brothers partnered with Luna Bakehouse to create a sumptuous High Tea for the launch of their Limited Edition Moscato Strawberries & Cream at the Elliot Stables.
As two of the best tastemakers collaborated, to create an experience like none other, the guests were first invited to try their hand at making a Strawberry & Cream Tiramisu. A welcome treat, adding to the fun factor of the product launch.
Led by Malisa Nguyen, founder Luna Bakehouse, the invitees were presented with the ingredients—measured containers of cream, mascarpone, strawberries, jam, ladyfingers, and sprinkles.
Once the culinary wannabees tried their hand at whipping up a sinful and Insta-worthy Strawberry Tiramisu it was time for a chilled glass of a blushing hued Moscato Strawberry & Cream.
The light, vibrant and lower in alcohol (8 per cent) is ideal for summer. It evokes a sense of celebration, making it a fitting choice for the holiday season. Someone suggested we try it with freshly bakes scones and jam or even sip it with a strawberry cheesecake for an extra sweet treat!
We did better! Paired it with the yummy sweet and savoury High Tea treats presented by Luna Bakehouse. Talk about pure summer indulgence!
