Strawberry & Cream Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 fresh Strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp Strawberry jam
  • 120 gr Fresh cream
  • 100 gr Mascarpone
  • 6-8 Ladyfinger biscuits
  • 100ml Brown Brothers Strawberry and Cream Moscato
METHOD
  1. Whisk fresh cream and jam until slightly thickened. Add Mascarpone and whisk until stiff peaks form
  2. In a deep bowl dip one side of ladyfingers into Moscato
  3. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish
  4. Spoon cream mixture over ladyfingers
  5. Repeat the layers until desired height
  6. Add sliced fresh strawberries for topping
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours
  8. Slice and serve chilled
